THE FINE PRINT

  • Payment: cash, personal checks, travelers checks, Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express

  • No pets. We have a friendly black lab (named "Bravo") who will greet you at the door but isn't allowed in guest rooms.

  • Well-behaved children over ten years permitted.

  • No smoking.

  • Sales tax of 9.7 percent is added to the bill.

  • Additional person in room: $30 a night
  • Check-in: Between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. Advance arrangements requested for later check-in.

  • Check-out by 11:30 a.m.

  • Minimum stays: A three-night or four-night minimum stay is required on weekends during Tanglewood season (late June to Labor Day), during some holiday periods and on selected fall foliage periods, depending on the room. A two-night stay is required on some mid-week stays, and on most other weekends and holidays. We reserve the right to change minimum-stay requirements.

  • Guarantees and cancellations policy. A full deposit in advance is required for all summer and fall reservations and for weekend reservations the rest of the year. A one-night deposit is required for mid-week reservations in the off-seasons. The deposit will be returned (minus a $10 per day service charge) on cancellations with at least two weeks notice. The deposit will be returned, to the extent that we are able to re-book the room (minus the service charge), on reservations cancelled with less than two weeks notice.
